Usage:
Heat therapy for home or business use
The IR lamp is designed to provide localized heat treatment. It's ideal for use at home or in a professional setting. The Heat Lamp uses short-wave infrared light produced by an incandescent heat source to give a deeper penetration of heat than conventional heat sources. This can enhance blood circulation, improving the transport rate of essential biochemical compounds, as well as provide pain relief and a pleasant warming effect.

A popular treatment for muscle pains and injuries, heat therapy has been used to relieve pain from sports injuries and other non-infected wounds, as well as to treat lumbago, neuralgia, myalgia, arthritis and other chronic conditions. Steps:
1. Plugged in, sit below the lamp.
2. Inject water into the base. Rotary the power switch, allows the lamp cap to be aligned with the skin surface to be treated.
3. Adjust distance between the skin and heat lamp, not too close, so as not to work too long time will make the skin feel hot.
Warm Tips:
1. Be sure to clean the surface of the skin that needs treatment.
2. Turn off the power switch in time when not use the lamp.
3. If you have long time not to use the heat lamp, the initial use time should not be too long.
4. Please slowly rotating switch, do not start the power to maximum, so as to avoid the damage of the bulb.
5. When using this machine, please don't touch the lampshade so as not to burn your hands.
6. You need to assemble the lamp yourself, necessary screws are included, convenient installation.

Find the best size
When comparing your measurements to those listed on the site, make sure to check if the fabric is stretchy or not. If it is, it can stretch an inch or more.
- Bust: Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust to ensure a comfortable fit.
- Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, holding the measuring tape loose enough to fit comfortably.
- Hips: Drape the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, resting the tape comfortably against your body.
- Length: For tops and dresses, measure from the top of your shoulder to the hem. For strapless dresses, measure from the highest part of the neckline to the hem. For pants and skirts, measure from the top of the waist to the hem.
- Sleeve: With your arm outstretched, measure from the base of your neck to the end of the sleeve hem to determine where the sleeve length will fall on you.
